If you want a relationship to grow faster, hold CRTL+Shift+C at the same time and the cheat window will pop up. In this, you want to type, testingcheatsenabled on . Then choose the sim you want to have a relationship with and you can move the green part of the bar. Up for a better relationship, down for a worse. Then if you want them to really hit it off, make them be romantic with each other. If they are best friends, the likelier the relationship will work out. Make sure not to do the same romantic actions with each other or else they will get bored. Hope this helped and happy simming!

Well firstly if their relationship bar is full then their relation ship can't change or anything like that. The only way is to be romantic to them by choosing the " Romance" category when you click on another sim. And then the Sims will have instead of a Best friend an " Romantic Interests" And if you want them to date once you have them do a first kiss there's a option in the Romance category that should say " Propose going steady" then from that same social category if you want you can propose engagement once there Dating
