Switch your junk good to veggies or pretzels. I eat bananas, carrot sticks (plain) and an apple with one table spoon ofe peanut butter and sprinkle it with cinnamon.

Eat all kinds of nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables. Low fat milk is OK. Make your own soda by adding purple grape juice to seltzer. Artificial sweeteners will only increase your appetite. Have one fast food meal a week to reward yourself for eating well the rest of the week.

Just eat smaller portions, when you eat a meal take your time do rush and 30 minutes before a meal drink a glass of water.

Depends if you mean eat less junk food, or eat less in general. Ill assume its the junkfood. Sometimes when I get a sick craving, I eat something else and drink a lot of water. I tell myself "Okay, Im gonna eat this (something healthy) and drink a bunch of water. If I still have cravings after, Ill go get some fastfood". This usually helps, at least to a point where Im able to control myself - although I could easily fit some junk in my stomach. I also have my workouts around afternoon - early night cause this is when I normally get the worst cravings. Workout kinda delays this stuff for me. If I start feeling a craving coming after my workout, I quickly brush my teeth and maybe even jump to bed.

Hi..just dont worry..pls try this...Go for a brisk walk for at least 40 minutes. Have a very strict food diet for the 90 days programme...stop eating junk food, rice,sweets,noodels,wine and non veg..Try to have pure veg food, wheat based food in a limited quantity and skimmed milk and choose all sugar free products...if you feel more hungry try veg salads and you can try as much as u want..if u really desired of taking cold drinks go for diet coke or diet pepsi(0 calories)....try to take more water...Start your brisk walk like this....Day 1 to Day 10 - 20 minutes, Day 11 to Day 20 - 30 minutes, day 21 to 30 for 40 minutes then keep on moving up to 60 minutes....for sure you will be on track. This is the simple and very easy way to be fit and healthy...all the best and have a great time
