Depends on which countries would allow you to immigrate to. Those Swedes (and I'm one of them) who can afford it, live in the United States.Best place in Europe is Monaco, but you'll need to make at least $1M annually in order to get residency there. If you don't have to work for a living, the South of France is generally good, as is Northern Italy. Branson has an Island that's part of the BVIs, but for my taste it's way too humid there. If you have to work, you may be limited by your field of expertise. Generally speaking, without a PhD you won't get residency anywhere in the developed world, and without a Master's you won't qualify for a work visa. The only countries that have liberal immigration laws are those that are on the lists of the best retiring destinations. But again, only for people who get their check in the mail and don't have to work, and many of those are in Latin American and South East Asian countries that have the most corrupt governments. If you take all of this into consideration, the best country to live in is the United States of America, which is why an estimated 1B people would want to move here if they could, and which I live here, although being a citizen of 3 countries, I really have choices.

You have said what YOU are looking for. Now you just need to discover what other countries are looking for in an immigrant. Or why do they want you in their country. It helps if you have some needed job skill or education.Currently for many countries that is things like Medical Degrees or Engineering or skilled trades like in construction.Millions around the world want to move somewhere. Simply answer this question. How do you make the new place better? What do you bring? So far you have just said what YOU want.It is hard to immigrate anywhere. Suggest you take some longer vacations to places you are interested in. Do not just look at the scenery.See how someone like you would really live in this place or that one. Politicians are similar around the world. Think how do they get the job in the first place. Anywhere is a package deal of good and bad. The view, the weather, jobs, crime rate, wages, politics. The language used for day to day. or the job. Traffic congestion, air pollution, concerts, shopping, fun things after work. Pick a place you can do well for yourself. From that place visit the others on vacation. There is no BEST place. Some are just better than others for this or that particular thing on your list. HINT if you accumulate less "STUFF" you have more to spend to see other parts of the world and investigate if that is the place for you. You really need to see a place before deciding if that is a place to immigrate to.

one which actually wants you. It is generally not easy to get an immigrant visa. If you have sufficient money you can buy citizenship in St. Kitts and Nevis or Cyprus, or even Austria if you have at least 3 million to give away.

What qualifies you? What top degree do you hold? Or unless you marry a citizen from your chosen country for love have immediate family or are super rich your staying in the US. It's not where you would prefer to live its a case of do you qualify under the countries immigration laws.
