The most substituted carbon atom is C-2, as you can see it's connected to 3 other C-atoms, making it a 3 degree substituted atom. C-1 and C-5 are equally less substituted, but then C-1 suffers steric hindrance due to the nearly situated methyl group substituted on C-2 atom.
