Is a bleeding sore on my external ear bad?

Lumps behind my ear piercing, they are sore and bleeding?

    You may need to get a jewelry cleaner for your earrings. I would clean them as much as possible. If that doesn't work, this may mean that the material that the earring is made of is infecting your ear and your ear can't handle it. I think maybe visiting a doctor and asking if the material is irritating it would be the best decision. Go ahead and try cleaning the earrings because you visit a doctor. I would advise you to pick up a small brush (tooth brush or some sort) for deep scrubbing for the earring. This COULD be normal for the ear according to how long ago you got it. Be sure you twist the earring in a circle a few times a day while it's in to get it used to it. :)

I've had almost the same problem. you're pretty much doing the right thing, cleaning your earrings and ears routinely. however, the material that the earrings are made of could be the cause of it, it may be irritating your skin. you might have sensitive skin like i do. hope this helps!
