    Talk to one,, interview them,,, NEVER dare choose a career unless you have a mentor,, a person you have at least talked to for 10 minutes. Do you know any pastry chefts? Or just the ones on TV? Graduates from cullinary schools are not finding jobs,,, too many graduates,,, everyone under the sun is taking this,,, not enough jobs.
