Register on the SSS website to see your contribution. You can also apply for a loan there if you're qualified. If you are not qualified, it will indicate why. Here's the link: https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/register.jsp If you have problems with your contribution/loan, you have no choice but to go to the nearest SSS office (as delive_rance have said). It's useless to contact them through email and phone.
