    Go for a brisk walk for at least 40 minutes. Have a very strict food diet for the 90 days programme...stop eating junk food, rice,sweets,noodels,wine and non veg..Try to have pure veg food, wheat based food in a limited quantity and skimmed milk and choose all sugar free products...if you feel more hungry try veg salads and you can try as much as u want..if u really desired of taking cold drinks go for diet coke or diet pepsi(0 calories)....try to take more water...Start your brisk walk like this....Day 1 to Day 10 - 20 minutes, Day 11 to Day 20 - 30 minutes, day 21 to 30 for 40 minutes then keep on moving up to 60 minutes....for sure you will be on track. This is the simple and very easy way to be fit and healthy...all the best and have a great time

Physical activity and a sustained diet will be key to weight loss, NOT starvation. Eat a balanced diet of approximately 60% carbohydrates, 20% protein, 20% fats.
