How can I pray to Krishna to open up the hidden third eye?

First a question: What do you plan to accomplice by trying to open the Anja chrakra? Power, wisdom, wealth, you already have - Understanding who you are would be a first step. Holiness is close to wholeness. How do you gain something that you already have. Using the Kundalini is a step into yourself - Understanding the Pingala and Ida are the two serpents that climb to tree of life. The serpents must pass through all the lower centers to reach the third eye - also called, the star in the east, the Christ center, the lamb, etc. When it is said that no goes to the Father except through me - The biblical statement makes more sense. To awaken the 3rd I, takes much self work and the reward isn't the end of the road - The aim is for entering the Kingdom, of which you already have - You are the King in your castle and realization of such a thing is just lesson one. The King controls the entire tent that you reside in and you also have many servants - ei., Your internal physicians repair your body in times of mistakes - such as accidentally cutting yourself and sealing the tear in your body. the King doesn't need to be a physician, he has servants that do their duties. Everything from plumbing to thoughts are at your command and yet you want more? Your pineal and pituitary located within the throne/head are a part of the so-called 3rd eye and these two glands control the rest of the body. Better than talking and saying nothing, just spend time meditating on who you are and your goal and how to achieve it. Watching your breathe is also a clue - Or so I have been told. Find your own answers is a big part of your aim. What part of you came up with this question and where did it come from?
