  Cosmetic surgery is not something you want to skimp on or bargain hunt for. You want quality and you want someone who knows what they're doing. If the "doctor" is not even board certified, you have no idea what you're getting into. He could botch the job, cut corners and there would be little to no accountability because there isn't a board that overseas his work and keeps him accountable to certain practices and standards. This is surgery - not just a simple cosmetic procedure. It means you could potentially die. Do you really want to trust your life into the hands of someone who isn't even certified? Save up a little more money and do the job right.
