  • Answer:

I had a similar problem to you. I was told to contact payroll as me and my partner have no idea what we both earned in the previous tax year because we haven't yet received our p60s. Our hours always varied so it was hard to make an estimate. If you want an instant answer then definitely contact work. Ring up head office or whoever is in charge and ask to be put through to payroll. Me and my partner needed answers this week. He was told what his income was over the phone, but I was told that my income would be on my final payslip that i received in March. So either look on your last wage slip you received before 5th April or contact them by phone or email. When you receive the claim form and put the figures down for your income in 2013-2014, they will be a box on the next page asking if you used estimates. If you did then jus put a cross in the yes box.
