    Yes, a Mongoose Outer Limit has 20" tires. There are two different 20" sizes, but Wallmart only carries the one you will need. On the other hand, a simple puncture from a staple shouldn't have ruined your tire. What you probably need is just an inner tube or to patch your existing tube. Whether you get a tire or a tube, or both, read the size on the sidewall of your current tire and get a replacement that is a similar size in width as well as diameter.

The size should be written on the side. Don't take this for granted, but it should be 20 inches in diameter. but check first!!
