How can I put the refresh button from vista netwoks window into the task bar?

Answer:
Either via control panel or directly, you can ensure that the wireless networks icon is added to the notification (formerly known as systray) area (the bottom right of the task bar). Sometimes right-click is your best friend. You cannot add the actual refresh function you mention to the task bar. But, you can set up the laptop to connect to any named network automatically....

You should upgrade to Win7, Vista is notoriously crappy when it comes to Wireless connections (and in general).
