    I don't know of any way to lighten eye color but having long eyelashes can be very attractive on men. If your eyelashes are short you could always use those safe products to make your eyelashes grow long and thick, its clear not like makeup mascara so no one will be able to tell you have any on. Any pharmacy sells products like CVS, Walgreens etc.
