Maybe try going on facebook and messaging yahoo customer service. I tried for two years to get a simple reply and never got one. They messaged me within two days on facebook but don't seem super upset or theyll block you like they did me.. hahah so kinda catch 22. Let them know what's going on in one message and be kind :)
