How can I get started with Wolfram Language on a Mac?

I just watched Stephen Wolfram's Wolfram Language overview on YouTube: And began perusing the documentation available at: http://reference.wolfram.com/language/ . But I'm still stuck at my first "hello world" that emulates the examples Stephen Wolfram shared in the video. How can I get up and running to see this first hand?

AFAIK you can only use it in Raspberry Pi distributions. If you want to use it on mac, you can always emulate a raspberry pi and use it there: http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/7081/how-to-successfully-emulate-rpi-on-osx
