If you do a Junior Year Abroad program through your university, you continue your "home university" program & courses in your major. I cannot think of a single university which does not have a Psychology Department & offer psych courses. So when you register for classes at your year-abroad school, you can sign up for a psych course, if there's space available in the in the class, and you meet any prerequisites for that level of course. If you were looking at vocational schools, of course, that's a different matter. For high school foreign exchange student programs, few US high schools offer a course in psych, and it's often for seniors who completed required science courses, or an honors elective. Psych is among the most popular majors in the US, so can't imagine why you'd have any problem taking psych classes during an undergraduate year abroad program . . .
