On cheating roullette, there are a couple ways some more effective or practical than others. One way is altering the frets in between each number to become lose so that they absorb the energy of the ball when it hits them making the ball more likely to land on a certain part of the wheel, this is known as wheel gaffing and is easy to detect because inspection of the wheel is common proceedure, another form of wheel gaffing is to apply some kind of thin clear material to a section of numbers making them shallower than the others on the wheel, this could be done with something such as a thick coat of clearcoat, because they effected pockets are shallower, the ball is less likely to come to rest in them. This method is illegal Another way is to tilt the wheel by whatever means you can, putting a shim under a leg of the table may do, or perhaps your fat freind is leaning on the edge while you play. This method is illegal One very practical way to cheat roullette is to employ a timing computer, A timing computer is a tiny portable hand held computer than the cheater uses to time the speed of the ball and the speed of the wheel to make a legitamently sound guess at where the ball is goign to land, while timing computers cannot predict the exact number that the ball will land on, they certanly can predict it to an accuracy fo about 1:10, considering you get payed 35:1 on a single number, you can make a lot of money using a timing computer, the use of a timing computer to beat roullette is illegal in MOST countries. Lastly the only legal and practical way to beat roullette is by detecting wheel bias, the casinos do everything in their power to keep their wheels in tip top condition so that they are perfectly level ALL of the time, however, there is no such thing as perfectly level and over time everything deteriorates. Some players seek to beat roullette by recording evry single result form a single wheel from tens of thousands of spins and analise the data with a computer program to determine of the wheel is biased toward or away from any particular numbers, if they find that it is they will go back to that particular wheel and bet on it accordingly. This method is very difficult to employ because it take a long time to whitness tens of thousands of spins, and in that timeframe it is likely that the wheel may be moved unknowingly to you, or rebalanced at sometime making your efforts useless, however in the past is has been done with great success in some casinos that are lacking in security practices. Best you can hope for is the Martingale system, look it up in wikipedia. this system is as failsafe as it gets providing you have bottomless pockets and there is no max bet on table. Online casinos have an uncanny ability for detecting this method and giving out strange results, odd for a genuine chance game. Or maybe it's cursed Wooooo
