Why can I access my website normally but some users can't?

Someone please Explain how website designers can make it easy for users to access information?

The hour has already passed, I'm afraid, but here are a few ideas. Assuming that the web designer wants it to be easy for users to find information (not always the case, like some companies hide their unsubscribe links, or want to force the viewer to look at ads, first): - Put the info that most users want right up at the top. Like if I have a site of various electronic projects, but what everyone comes to see is the Solar Bicycle, then I should put that at the top, by itself. - Use graphical as well as text links. A little picture of Angelina Jolie is easier to find than looking for the name spelled out. - Organize into categories, don't just put all the links on one page. And have an index or site map. - Choose the categories carefully, so viewers don't have to click through more than 2 or 3 links to get what they want. - If you have a ****load of information, be sure to have a Search box near the top.
