What do I do when there are vertical lines on my laptop screen?

My Laptop screen is 100% fine, however when I view the laptop screen through my cell phone's camera...I see vertical lines moving...?

    The screen on your camera has a refresh rate where the picture is electronically refreshed, & so does the laptop screen. This refresh rate is fast enough that you eyes can't see it, but the camera can. The lines are the two slightly different refresh rates running into each other. Quite normal between two digital devices.
