Ok, irene. Let's make sure we are on the same page here. Radiologic Technologist, right? Radiologists are physicians. Be very careful about wording here. If you are in any metro area of NY, you can expect to need maximum education to be competitive. For a RadTech, it will usually be a Bachelor's. However, you can contact employers and ask them about what they actually want, not just minimum requirements. Licensing and certification are minimums, but if in reality they only hire those with a BS, you'll need the BS to find decent work. Your MBA will likely not play into salary negotiations, unless you are expected to manage.
