If you are in any metro area of NY, you can expect to need maximum education to be competitive. For a RadTech, it will usually be a Bachelor's. However, you can contact employers and ask them about what they actually want, not just minimum requirements. Licensing and certification are minimums, but if in reality they only hire those with a BS, you'll need the BS to find decent work. Your MBA will likely not play into salary negotiations, unless you are expected to manage.
