What Photoshop effects were used to create the Dropbox iPhone navigation bar and tab bar?

The navigation bar in Dropbox iPhone app seems quite plain, but the tab bar seems to have some noise in it. What effects were used to create the Dropbox nav bar and tab bar (shown in the screenshot below)?

Answer:
I have made this quite accurate interpretation of the graphics. I think that the noise you mention isn't actually noise but rather some banding resulting from the gradient used. Take a look at the PSD file to see how it's done: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3466124/quora/dbox_psd.psd I've done it using simple tools and layer styles, such as gradient overlay, drop shadow, stroke, inner glow etc. It should be possible to "get the full picture" by looking at the PSD and the applied styles.
