For now I'm getting home schooled because of my anxiety but I still have the same friends I had since kindergarten and I still talk to them but I prefer public while I progress I'll be going back.

Public schools. Simply because typically if you are homeschooled you lack social skills that you get in a public school environment. Plus you'll definitely have more friends going to a public school.
