    You want to make sure you have a good block start cause those can make or brake a 100M race and also you will want to do some weight lifting and you will want to do speed work outs if you dont know any one is you run 6 250m's but at the start you start off not as hard as you can and every 50m you will want to get a little faster time the last 100m you are pushing as hard as you can and make sure to drive your arms and legs.
