What are the best exercises to correct back kyphosis?

I've looked around the web and seen a bunch of junk filmed by people in their living rooms. Is there a good resource with a video or pictures and explanation? I wouldn't mind paying for an app it were professional.

Without knowing your age, I'm hesitant to answer. If you are young, you have a window of about 14 months to get this treated medically. After that, the growth is done and can't be easily changed. In other words, don't muck around. If you are grown, consult a physical therapist or other trained body-worker. I suspect you're going to need help, because so much of the soft tissue has "locked into" position and exercise alone won't make much difference. Rolfing, Feldenkrais (sp?), Alexander technique, perhaps Pilates. There's a "socolioyoga" practice that has been helpful to a friend of mine with severe socoliosis.
