Having any type of central nervous system drugs in your system (prescription or illegal) will result in you being sent home from work, or the company can be fined a great deal for allowing someone under the influence of drugs on the work floor. It is a safety related thing. So having a MJ card does not excuse the employer from having to follow the law forbidding employees with drugs in their systems. Having a MJ card only allows you to smoke dope without getting arrested for it.

Still need to pass drug testing. Check the AZ law because I'm pretty sure it restrictive. Many see potential job limitations just because there is often a registry of patient information. Many States are not protecting that registry very well!
