Is 1.50 GB ram good enough for GTA 4?

How to make my pc requirments better for gta 4 on pc??? my specs are CORE 2 DUO, 1.60 GHZ, 0.99 GB OF RAM?

    Whats your budget?. First thing i would do is upgrade your RAM to 2GB, its cheap and easy to do and your motherboard should accommodate this you will see a marked improvement. What GFX card do you have?, your talking about games but haven't listed the most important piece of hardware. You could upgrade your CPU as well but again it depends on your budget. You didn't list your Graphics Card. To find out your Graphics Card, do this: Start > Control Panel > System > Device Manager In the device manager, click on"Graphic Driver". Copy and paste the name of the driver into Google and see what the specs of the driver is. You want the driver to be at least 256MB of memory. If it's not, then you need to get a better graphics card. You should also upgrade your RAM to 2gb
