Can you park on speed bumps?

Is there a speed limit over speed bumps other than the posted speed limit for the street?

    In theory you don't have to slow down to go over a speed bump, but something tells me they could come up with some stupid thing to nail you with like reckless driving or something.

It is not wise to do that , yes you can get a ticket, for either too fast for conditions or reckless driving just slow down or take another road man geez what is the hurry, I know that bouncing over the bumps can be fun though

Ok this is very tricky...it depends.....If you aren't going over the posted speed limit then you SHOULD be ok. But if there are other cars, or children and people crossing the street, or even a dog in the road and it seems like your going kind of fast even though your not going over the speed limit. the cops can get you for "reckless endangerment" Be careful.
