    Magnaflow exhaust sounds like **** on a V6 mustang. look it up on youtube if you dont believe me, it sounds really ricey and no where near muscle car sound. Plus you have a V6 so it wont have much of a muscular sound to it except at idle. your HP gains are going to be very little, headers wont do anything, a throttle body works best when used with some forced induction so youll notice very little gains with that, the CAI maybe 5-10 with the mass air and the exhaust another 10 or so give or take. stock: a 99 v6 is only 190 hp so your looking at 200-210 HP WITHOUT the tuner and it depends what tunes you have that will determine how much higher you are above what i said with HP. compared with other cars, thats alright, a stock GT (V8) is 260 HP so im sure your somewhere in the ball park there but there are still little 4 cylinder ricers that will smoke your car no matter what. If they can beat cobras and corvettes and camaros, they will most certainly beat a V6 mustang

I would go for the programmer first. I have an 04 Cobra and I got 64 Hp by changing the timing and playing with the fuel to air mixture. The mass air change is a must, and also the cold air intake. A rough idol cam would be great for this app also with the MagnaFlow Exhaust it would sound killer. I would expect anywhere from 50 to 65 hp change.
