HELP PLEASE! my msn hardly ever works-keeps freezing xx?

as soon as i get on msn it doesnt work- cant click on anything - why is it like this? my comp is a fast newish computer and i rele dont know wot is going on xx

The first thing you should do is uninstall and download again from msn however if that doesnt work then try and close all apss before starting if that does not work scan for viruses
