Why Indians are so good in programming & get the best jobs?

I think it's true that so many of them work for less, but other reasons as well. India is poor, so they are motivated to work harder. Their families are close knit. Not many Indians divorce. They stick together and give each other advices. It's also probably natural to them. Some people don't like to hear it, but individuals do have talents and are better than others in certain things. Those individuals add up to large populations. Indian population is huge. It's true that a lot of Americans are losing jobs to Indians. Part of it is that Indians work for lower wages. Part of it is that too many dumb Americans. You go where the talent are. Would u go look for workers where you can get 5 engineers or 40??

People will disagree to this but we indians are naturally born smart. Our average iq is 102 whereas the average iq of white americans is 100 and chinese/japanese it is 105, so they are the smartest. We indians also have average people but when they go to america they excel there because in india education is much tougher compared to north american education hence our average people is brilliant in america. Now comes to computers; indians are very good with computers because we are trained. This century works on comps so indians study more about computers hence even when you come to india our job market consists more of computer engineers. As you know indians are good with math and science; since that is our main subject that we major in, hence Indians are good with programming. We can analyze something very quickly which consists of numbers and do not even need calculators whereas in north America school students use calculator to calculate in contrast to Indians. Our mind automatically got trained to fields of science and math because we studied so much of these subjects and that also without any proper resources. Indians in other hand come to America because they are the few million people around the world who dream of the "America". Who said indians get low paid jobs, and if they did why would they come to america? Well as far as I know the income they receive is sufficient for them as my cousin from America told me who is also an aeronautical engineer. So i dont think money is a problem.

It's mainly because of the school and college course curriculum in India. They is lot of mathematics and analysis involved at each level of the studies (right till graduation, masters and phd). This gives them a good start for programming.

bieng an indian, as a whole country yes india is poor, but there are rich faqs, though they care about people in poverty so they start colleges and universities, adding, most indians/chinese/japanese have very very very strict schools, we indians , and chinese and japanese have the most strict school of all times, we have to do math by our hands, we dont have calculators, its not just indians, but u know america needs to have harder rules and should be strict in matter of studies. if they dont want to lose jobs to indians.. teehee
