    YES THERE IS. Ask customer service to help you by submitting a help question. Then getting your account back is done in other ways by answering other security questions in rare cases showing ID. Its a messy procedure. I've done it many times and succeeded. If you have absolutely no information you ca\nt get it back otherwise its a question of persistence. they have notmuch technical suppoet because they are free but if you keep at it you land up witn a telephone number. Date you opened that email account content of emails stored in folders-things like that can helpidentify you.Write in for the first time with as many details as you can supply
