How do I change back to profile 1.0?

What should one do when bored of current job or infect bored of same kind of profile with average earnings? Is it good to change your profile domain after 5-10 yrs. of experience or try to stick to same job and wait for progress with same profile?

  If you're bored with your job, it's time to find a new one.  If you're not seeing opportunities to expand or learn in the area that you're currently focused on, then it's time to figure out how to pivot into something new.  Maybe that's starting or joining a consultancy; maybe that's taking on an existing career in a new market; maybe that's just saving up some cash to take three months off and wander Europe.  You're in charge of your own destiny - if you're "bored" then you simply need to do something about it.
