Home remedy teeth whitening tips?

first of all teeth are naturally an ivory, off white color. But to whiten safely at home you can rinse with hydrogen peroxide (it comes in a brown bottle and people use it for cuts and scrapes but is safe to use as a rinse as well) mixed with water. Pour a half and half solution mixture (such as 1 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide mixed with 1 tablespoon tap or filtered or spring water in a cup) and swish for a minute and then spit it out. That is the only safe way to whiten at home. Do NOT use baking soda on your teeth because it basically scrapes your teeth, damaging them. And brush after every meal and floss daily for the best oral health and whitest teeth. Also you can buy "whitening" toothpaste.

You can pour baking soda over the toothpaste that you put on the toothbrush. Brush for at least two minutes. After you rinse everything out, swish with peroxide. (Sounds gross, I know.) hope this helps!
