Good luck with that lawsuit. Philippine courts are infamously logjammed. You may be able to see money in about 20 years or so, if you win.

Why were you fired at a call center for? Well at least we know why you were terminated. Call center can fired their employees at will because there are many, many applicants waiting in line. If they said you have to wait for 45 days to claim your pay then you have no other choice but to wait for it. Sue your employer for terminating you? Yes of course you can, but you must possess valid and reasonable evidence to support your claim otherwise, the case will just drag on for years. instead of looking or working for another employer you are stuck up with the case. In my own opinion, it is not worth to sue the company. If they terminate you for a valid reason, what could you bring to validate your charges against the company. Remember you are dealing with a multinational company that is probably based outside the Philippines. What chances do you have that you think you can win the case against them? If you will file a case you must be at least 4 to 10 former employees to make your case strong against the company not just one person against a giant company like this one. It is like goliath versus David. Mostly they will pay you after 45 days, this is not like those cheap companies that disappeared in the middle of the night or what we call fly-by-night companies, they are legitimate companies that work in the Philippines for outside clients that they have abroad.

Just go to PAO (Public Attorneys Office) they know what to do....

May I ask how long have you worked for that company and your employment status (reg, prob, trainee). How much separation pay are you expecting? If it's less than P50k, you should ask yourself is it worth all the hassles? That might also raise a red flag for companies you will apply for. If it's not about money and you think you were terminated without following due process, then it's up to you but see to it you have enough money to keep the case going.

First go see the Barangay Captain where you worked to file a complaint. Then you go get a lawyer to help you collect your money. Hopefully you got all of their promises in writing as it is hard to prove your claim on what they said. Has it been over 45 days since you were fired? They could wait until the very last day to send the money from another office then send it the slowest way possible causing another 2 weeks for you to gtet the money.
