when you sign up for the yahoo instant messaging what website do i go to and it says i have to install something why is this?

Answer:
You don't have to go to a website.. when you are at Yahoo.com and you download the software, it will give you the option to install or save, click install.. hold down the ctrl key while you do, otherwise, it will probably be blocked as a popup.. then, when the next one pops onscreen, click run or install, and then, after it's all installed, you click on the icon on your screen and it opens.. of course, this assumes that you already have a yahoo id, since you are in here... Good luck, and you'll love it.. as for AIM, fewer people use it and Yahoo! is generally better.. having used both, I know.
