I did my Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) at community college, got my RN license and then found a job that offered tuition assistance for me to complete my BSN through a bridge program. The amount of tuition assistance I received practically paid for almost all my tuition so those two years of school were almost free. I'm currently going for my MSN / Nurse Practitioner, and although my tuition assistance doesn't go as far since these programs are more expensive, every little bit helps.
