I am not sure , but since you need money , and advertising costs money I don't think you will be advertising. I sell on eBay , and I find that if I have a hot item , lots of people are interested , if the item is not so hot , less people are interested . Also , bidding starting low has a better chance of being seen by more people , and a better chance of having bidding action. Good Luck !
