Is the area fenced or can people come and go as they please? Any security people? Any CPR trained people monitoring the area? How many jumps are there and how high are they? What are the ramps constructed of? Who built the ramps? Any requirements that safety equipment be worn when using the park? If so who will enforce it? How many years experience do you have running this type of operation. It's not just enough to say I have this business how much will the insurance cost. There are many factors which can affect both the premium and the acceptability of the risk.
