Going for how long? Ok, so I'm a guy, but I never carry suitcases or excess stuff: I go with a carry-on bag leave with what I'm wearing (comfortable, loose fitting clothes for a flight), then have enough clothing change for about 4 days - then use the washing machines at the other end. Bring only basic hygiene stuff and have a good trip.
