Any nurse anesthetist with masters degree? Do you get more paid than other nurse anesthetist or not?

    Where did you encounter a CRNA WITHOUT a Masters? He/She must be ancient and was "grandmothered" or "grandfathered" in before the Masters became the minimum requirement. Today you won't find anyone under 50 that doesn't have the Masters. It's the current minimum requirement. All of the accredited CRNA programs in the US are either at the Masters or Doctorate level: http://www.aana.com/AccreditedPrograms.aspx The person that is a CRNA without a Masters because they were "grandfathered in" might actually make a little more than some CRNA's with Masters...based solely on the fact they've likely been practicing since the days of Lyndon B Johnson in the White House :)
