    That would be the stupidest thing to do (pardon my honesty). Just go to college to get your BSN already. Don't even bother about the ADN because most hospitals are looking for BSN grads. Unless they are desperate and in need of nurses, they won't hire an ADN grad.

Get your BSN. The LPN program is becoming extinct because there are so many BSN's available to perform the jobs. Most hospital will only hire BSNs

No, unless you want to spend endless years in school. You will get burned out after a few years, and you will be too tired to complete (the program). It's like going to New York from Los Angeles but you're making a long stop in Florida. Bite the bullet and do whatever you need to get your RN (BSN) and you will be able to work / pay taxes and save money and be independent.
