Hold the finger up above you heart (this make it harder for the heart to pump blood to there). Put ice on the wound (this will slow down blood flow) Put pressure on the wound. Rest, do not move around too much. Apply a clean non-stick gauze dressing and go see a doctor. :)

The blood flows up and down the sides of your fingers, so apply pressure at the base using your thumb and forefinger to firmly squeeze the bleeding finger in between them.

Wrap it tightly in a bandage. Pressure will go on it and stop the bleeding.

depends how big it is if its a big cut but pressure and wrap it up with something like gaz and if nececery go to hospital. if its a small cut just put pressure and once it stops bleeding just but a bandaid so if it bleeds a little after you wont get anything bloody it will also protect from dirt

apply pressure wrap it in gauze and tape it up. Clean it forst with an antisptic (whatever you have, or soapy water) then dry it and wrap it. Keep the pressure on it, changing the gauze when needed. If after a few hours it doesnt stop (or if it begins to bleed heavily) you will have to get stitches...sorry.

just apply pressure to it. I've done this many times before and sometimes it will take up to an hour to stop. Then get a butterfly bandaid those ones that are bigger on the end and small in the middle like a bow tie to keep the cut from reopening.

Put pressure on your finger and it will stop.

Pressure but no longer than 15 minutes. Ususally 1 or 2 minutes is all that needed to stop the bleeding.
