    Servers can make quite a bit up to six figures a year. They do want experience at the major casinos. Most require at least six months. They want someone they don't have to train. There are several smaller casinos especially off the strip where you might be able to get a start with your training. One thing to note is that major casinos will not hire you for most any position .. especially cocktail waitresses ... if you have any visible tatoos. Doesn't matter how cute they are ... you won't get hired. Off the strip casinos are not as particular but that is close as you will get to a major casino.

I truth the younger and the better looking ( the less you have on) you and the higher class place you will work and the more you can make. In the high roller places the money is good but 75% is in tips so most of it is not reported income

A lot. Drinks are free so they they throw a 'toke' a chip at ya everytime. Good luck getting a job, they kill for those jobs. The weird thing is, you'd think they would be gorgeous, but most of them really aren't and they don't even try to be cute and sweet. Maybe the competition for those jobs have forced out the nice chicks. If this is true, it's a failure on the part of managment.
