Kicker CompVR 07CVR124 12-Inch 4-Ohm DVC Subwoofer is a really quality speaker. Taking it out of the box I immediately noticed the solid construction of the speaker cone, and surround. Kicker doesn't mess around, these are truly built to last. I've got one in a 1.25 cu ft sealed enclosure, have it wired in parallel at 2ohms, and hooked up to an amp giving it 500watts rms. It's a pretty fantastic combination, free of any distortion. It does a really good job on the really low end (35hz-25hz) and sounds great with pretty much all music. i
