How to extract data from any website?

What's the best way to extract data from a website that pulls page info directly from the database?

  • I'm looking to grab information about the folks on this page: http://www.v1golfacademy.com/faculty.asp. However, without grabbing all 450+ individual records by hand, I can't figure out how to do this. What's the best way to automate the data scraping process?
