Why is it so hard to find a job as a medical assistant in atlanta, ga?

I graduated in Dec 08 and I can not find a job as a medical assistant, every job posting I looked at says you have to have at less 2 or 3 years experience..Can someone give me some ...show more

I would find a medical staffing agency. They will know the scoop. If they dont have anything, they will put you on an "available list" and call you when something matches. You can also look for Career Fairs because a lot of medical places are at them looking for people. You then get face to face and can impress them. Lastly, most people will search for candidates on monster, career builder, etc rather than look through a stack of resumes of people who have applied.....so make sure you have all the important keywords that they would look for in a medical assistant.
