Honestly i would talk to your boss first and tell him whats going on . if things dont change within a week or so consider finding another job. there's no point of working somewhere if people are constantly trying to make your workplace a living hell. its sad but some managers try to play "power games" there employees and pick on them to feel better about themselves.
