What stores have free discount cards?

I need a company name for my business that sells discount cards which offer discounts at leading stores?

    Something tells me you are the only person that thinks this is a "high end product.". And WHY would any company just offer a discount for your card holders? You haven't thought his through very well.

Sounds a little flaky to me. The respective corporate headquarters of the "leading stores" you speak of have to formally agree to recognize and accept your discount card. You cannot go into a store, show a random discount card of your own making and actually expect a discount. I've never heard of a discount card being referred to as a "high end" product
