  • Answer:

Its nothing serious! From your description it seems that its just a smooth muscle pain.Twice a day dose of tablet Diclofenac sodium-50mg for 3 to 5 days will releive the pain completely. Its just a temporary pain. If this helps you dont forget to write me at [email protected]

The abs are sore because that is the main muscle group used for flipping which is totally ok. Wait about a week and you should be ok. For the back stand against a wall and push your head, butt, and upper back against it. Slowly push your lower back towards the wall while leaving everything else on it. Then step away from the wallaby pinch the sides of your spine but keep it in the same position as it was on the wall. This will help the vertebrae and muscles stay in the right place. The pain should lessen in about 2-3 days

Probably just your muscles got worked out more than usual...
